These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of doubicounsulting.us (the “Website”) and describe the general terms for services provided by DOUBICONSULT LLC (“DOUBICONSULT,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
DOUBICONSULT LLC provides digital marketing and related website services, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), social media marketing (SMM), and website design or development where offered.
By using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. Specific services are provided only under a written proposal, order, invoice or service agreement accepted by both you and DOUBICONSULT.
1. OUR SERVICES
The Website provides general information about our services. The exact scope, deliverables, schedule, fees and other terms for a project will be described in the applicable proposal, order, invoice or service agreement.
If a signed service agreement or accepted proposal conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement or proposal will control for that project.
2. ENQUIRIES AND PROPOSALS
When you contact us or request a proposal, you agree to provide accurate and current information. An enquiry or proposal request does not by itself create a client relationship or require either party to purchase or provide services.
A project begins when both parties accept the applicable proposal, order or service agreement.
3. FEES AND PAYMENT
The fees, payment schedule and accepted payment methods for a project will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice or service agreement.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. Payment processing is subject to the provider’s terms and privacy policy. DOUBICONSULT does not receive or store full payment card details processed by the payment provider.
Any applicable taxes, payment deadlines and late-payment terms will be described in the relevant proposal, invoice or service agreement.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation requests, refunds and any applicable conditions are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy published on our Website and by the applicable service agreement or proposal.
If the terms differ, the service agreement or proposal will apply to the relevant project to the extent permitted by law.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide the information, materials, approvals and access reasonably needed for us to perform the agreed services. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide materials or grant access to any website, social media account, advertising account or other platform.
You are responsible for charges billed directly to you by third-party platforms, including advertising spend, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Delays in providing materials, approvals or access may affect project timing and delivery.
6. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND RESULTS
Some services may involve third-party platforms, such as search engines, social media networks, advertising platforms, hosting providers or website tools. Those platforms are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms and policies.
We do not control changes to third-party platforms, their availability, algorithms, account decisions, advertising costs or policies. Accordingly, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, advertising performance or other business results.
